These terms apply when you download or play Spirit Runner (“the app”), made by the independent developer Mouad_dev (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Google Play’s terms also apply to your download.

2. Ads and rewards

The app is free and supported by ads. Some features let you watch an optional video in exchange for a reward, such as a revive or an early stage unlock. A reward is given only when the video plays to the end. Ads depend on availability and an internet connection, so we cannot promise that an ad, or its reward, will always be available.

3. Coins, scores and progress

Coins, scores and unlocked stages are part of the game. They have no real-world value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money. Progress is saved only on your device, so it is lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

4. Fair play

Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app, use cheats or tools that tamper with it, or use it in any unlawful way.

5. Ownership

The app, including its code, artwork, characters, music and sounds, belongs to Mouad_dev or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights to it beyond the licence in section 1.

6. Privacy

How the app handles information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Updates and changes

We may update the app, add or remove features, or stop offering it. We may also change these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
